These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and dwwi11 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the dwwi11 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any dwwi11 service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with this Agreement in its entirety, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction. This Agreement is supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with dwwi11. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and government-issued identification details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify dwwi11 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. dwwi11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
dwwi11 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification (bank card photos, e-wallet screenshots).
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the inability to make withdrawals. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You must ensure that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your Account settings promptly.
dwwi11 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also accept e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your payment method and account status. dwwi11 reserves the right to set or modify deposit limits at any time for security and regulatory compliance purposes.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
dwwi11 strives to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. However, processing times may vary depending on payment method, account verification status, and the volume of requests. Bank transfers typically complete within 1-3 business days after approval. E-wallet withdrawals are generally faster, often completing within hours.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, dwwi11 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious activity, including but not limited to depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without gameplay, may result in account investigation and restriction.
dwwi11 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to Users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time of the promotion and take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in case of conflict.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10-20%).
dwwi11 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting system errors, collusion with other players, or any other fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
While an active bonus is subject to wagering requirements, withdrawal restrictions may apply. In some cases, requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Always review the specific terms of each promotion before accepting a bonus.
All Users must engage in fair and honest gameplay. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical casino equipment operated by professional dealers. Game outcomes are final and binding. dwwi11 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases of technical errors, software malfunctions, or player misconduct.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola - traditional Indonesian football betting terminology), basketball, and other sports, official results as determined by the respective sports governing bodies are considered final. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or canceled events, specific rules apply as outlined in our sports betting terms. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap), and other specialty bet types are subject to their own specific rules.
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, or account issues, you must contact dwwi11 customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. We will investigate all disputes in good faith and make a final determination. dwwi11's decision on all matters relating to gameplay and bet settlement is final and binding.
While dwwi11 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. dwwi11 shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any decisions made while using dwwi11 services. dwwi11 does not guarantee winnings or successful outcomes. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. dwwi11 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. You access third-party content at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dwwi11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
dwwi11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting dwwi11 customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification processes. Self-exclusion options are also available for responsible gaming purposes (see our Responsible Gaming Policy for details).
Upon termination of your Account, you will no longer have access to dwwi11 services. Any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules. In cases of termination due to Terms violations, dwwi11 reserves the right to forfeit your balance, including deposits and winnings.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of Indonesia, to the extent they apply to online gaming activities. You acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are complex and that you are responsible for ensuring your use of dwwi11 complies with all applicable local laws.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of dwwi11 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. We are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support channels within 30 days, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
You agree to resolve disputes with dwwi11 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
